Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Build My Tokenomics ("the Tool") is operated by BLDRS Management And Consulting FZE ("BLDRS", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE

THE TOOL IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. ALL TOKENOMICS MODELS, CALCULATIONS, RISK SCORES, AND ANALYSES ARE BASED ON SIMPLIFIED MATHEMATICAL MODELS AND MAY NOT REFLECT REAL-WORLD MARKET CONDITIONS, REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, OR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS.

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT QUALIFIED LEGAL, FINANCIAL, AND TAX PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS ABOUT TOKEN LAUNCHES, TOKEN ECONOMICS, OR TOKEN DISTRIBUTION.

BLDRS IS NOT A REGISTERED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR LEGAL FIRM IN ANY JURISDICTION.

3. Use of the Tool

The Tool is provided free of charge. All tokenomics calculations run client-side in your browser. We do not store, process, or transmit your tokenomics parameters or results to any server.

You may use the Tool for personal and commercial planning purposes. You may not use the Tool to mislead investors, fabricate tokenomics data, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

3.1 Exports

The Tool allows you to export your tokenomics design as PNG, PDF, and Excel (XLSX) files. All exports are generated entirely client-side in your browser. No export data is sent to or stored on our servers.

Exported files include a disclaimer stating that the content is for educational and planning purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You may not remove or obscure this disclaimer when distributing exported files.

You may optionally include project identity information (project name, token ticker, chain) in your exports. This information is stored only in your browser session and is not collected or transmitted by us.

Exported files are your property and may be shared, distributed, or included in your project documentation. However, any decisions made based on the content of exported files remain solely your responsibility. See Section 2 (Not Financial Advice) and Section 5 (Limitation of Liability).

4. Accuracy and Limitations

The Tool uses simplified mathematical models (linear vesting, step vesting, compound inflation). Real-world tokenomics involve additional complexity including smart contract mechanics, governance decisions, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements that this tool does not model.

Risk scores are heuristic assessments based on general industry norms. They are not professional audits and should not be treated as such.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLDRS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE TOOL SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

BLDRS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TOOL.

6. Email Subscription

When you provide your email address, we store it in our database (hosted on Supabase) and add it to our email list (managed by Resend). We use your email to:

  • Send a welcome email and a short drip sequence (5 emails over 12 days)
  • Occasionally send product updates and educational content

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

7. Privacy

7.1 Data We Collect

  • Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe
  • IP address — logged with subscription for anti-abuse purposes
  • Analytics — we use Umami, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. No personal data is collected. No cookies are set.

7.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Tokenomics parameters, configurations, or results (all client-side)
  • Cookies or tracking pixels
  • Device fingerprints
  • Third-party advertising data

7.3 Data Processors

  • Supabase — subscriber database hosting
  • Resend — transactional and drip email delivery
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions
  • Umami — cookieless analytics
  • Google Fonts — typography delivery (your IP address is sent to Google servers when fonts load)
  • Calendly — optional meeting scheduling (linked in emails; subject to Calendly's own privacy policy)

7.4 GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest (analytics) and consent (email subscription). You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact us at business@cryptobldrs.com to exercise these rights.

7.5 CCPA Compliance (California Users)

We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. Contact us at business@cryptobldrs.com.

7.6 UAE PDPL Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Data is processed based on consent and legitimate interest.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tool, its design, code, and content are owned by BLDRS. The tokenomics designs you create using the Tool are yours.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance.
